Kevin Barrett is a former lecturer in humanities at the University of Wisconsin.  Now he is a radio host on three programs, including the “Dynamic Duo” show with Dr. James Fetzer, co-founder of Scholars for 9/11 Truth.  Kevin was not actually fired from the University of Wisconsin, but was not re-hired due pressure from the Board of Regents due to his involvement with the 9/11 Truth Movement.  Currently, he is running for office in the U.S. House of Representatives.
            Barrett says the 9/11 Truth Movement is making progress.  Congressman Dennis Kucinich is now sponsoring 3 articles of impeachment against President George W. Bush for his role in the 9/11 crime and cover-up.  (Please call your Congressmen and ask them  to support Congress’ Impeachment Resolutions.)
            Barrett discussed the 1968 book Coup d’Etat: A Practical Handbook written by Edward Luttwak, a student of University of Chicago Professor Leo Strauss (an American Nazi).  This book is very popular amongst the neo-conservatives (neo-Nazis), such as those that came to power under George W. Bush.  It is a recipe for how to seize power in a secret, sudden coup that minimizes bloodshed.  The book  spells out the whole 9/11 operation, with the exception of the destruction of the World Trade Center.  The goal of the neo-cons is to basically abolish the U.S. Constitution and replace it with a Presidential dictatorship.

            Was 9/11 a psychological operation?  Yes, it is an example of “trauma-based mind control”- of the demonic kind.  It’s not that different from the horrific abuse of children which causes  multiple-personality disorder.  The CIA did many experiments on mind control (use of LSD, shock therapy, hypnosis, etc.) in their Operation MK-ULTRA back in the 1950’s and 1960’s.  Robert Kennedy was actually killed by CIA assassins.  Sirhan Sirhan was a hypnotized patsy who had absolutely no memory of what he did on that occasion.  Sidney Gotlieb, head of Operation MK-ULTRA, actually bragged that he personally hypnotized Sirhan Sirhan.
            Obviously, the official story of what happened on 9/11 has been proven to be a lie.  Barrett says he thinks there is a possibility of bringing the real perpetrators of 9/11 to justice within the next 3 to 10 years.   He feels our controllers are now desperate (this is why they orchestrated 9/11 in the first place) and that there is now a chance to bring some of them to justice.   The “cat is out of the bag” and with the power of the internet, people can get educated as to the real issues.  Once someone is “converted” to the 9/11 truth movement –  (they recognize government complicity/guilt)- they don’t go back to believing the government myth.  Indeed, this badly botched false flag operation may be the first time that the ruling elite is actually brought to justice for a false flag op crime.  However, there have been many, many staged false-flag ops in the past.

            Regarding how you deal with smart people who refuse to look at the overwhelming evidence that 9/11 was not as the government portrayed it?  Barrett says he recently interviewed Noam Chomsky- a linguist/political observer from MIT.  Chomsky repeatedly called Barrett a liar on the interview.  Barrett printed the interview on his website to set the record straight.  Why would Chomsky be so nasty and foolish on the issue of 9/11?   Barrett is not sure, but he speculates that since Chomsky is Jewish and has stated that he spent the best years of his life on a Kibbutz in Israel,  he may be trying to ensure that blame is not directed toward the Mossad or Israel.   Chomsky actually stated on Barrett’s show that since WTC 7 came down in a controlled demolition, this is proof that Osama bin Laden did it.   That’s pretty nutty, for a purported genius.   Karlstrom speculated that Chomsky, in his role as “left gate keeper,” may be part of the team that covered up 9/11.

 Note, based on Wikipedia, Sephardic Jews are Jews descended from Arabic and Persian background.  These are contrasted with Ashkenazi Jews, or “German Jews,” that make up about 80% of the world’s Jews.  The largest concentration of Jews (6 to 7 million) is in the United States and the second largest concentration (3 to 4 million) is in Israel.

 The Zionists expelled about 750,000 Palestinians from their homeland in 1948 when Israel was established.  This resulted in a Palestinian diaspora.  Today there are over 10,750 Palestinian political prisoners held in Israel, including over 320 children.  Over 10% of the prisoners are “administrative detainees” who can be held without charge, indefinitely.  About 40% of Palestinians have been detained and humiliated.  Torture and humiliation of Palestinians is systematic according to Amnesty International.

Palestinian unemployment is about 40%.  There are 223 Jewish-only settlements and outposts on Palestinian land.   These settlements are, in effect, apartheid-style colonies. (4^th Geneva Convention, Article 49).  Palestinians are not allowed to own weapons.  20% of the Israeli population  are Palestinians.  Most Israelis oppose the settlements and occupation of Palestinian land (“Refuseniks”). 

 20% of the Palestinian population is Christian.  In 1946, there were 92% Palestinians and 8% Jews in Palestine, by 1948 (when Israel was established), there were 22% Palestinians and 78 % Jews in the same territory.

          Vicky Davis, who maintains the www.channelingreality.com website, was a contract Computer Systems Analyst/Programmer.  After the year 2000, she could no longer find contracts for her skills, even though she had 20 years of solid and successful years of experience.  Vicky believes the loss of her career is the result of the Knowledge Trade Initiative, which deliberately outsourced many, many American knowledge jobs... primarily to India. 

9/11 as a computer crime?

Davis stated that on the morning of 9/11 there was denial of service to the risk management system designed to block such attacks.  I didn’t say that (although I’ve read it)  - what I said was that the emergency open communications line between the FAA and NMCC went dead - neither party was aware of it and it is my belief that the PTECH software was used to shut it down. 

A key piece of software used on 9/11 was owned by the company PTECH.  PTECH has connections to the PROMIS software, which was written for the Justice Department by Bill Hamilton of Inslaw.  PROMIS allowed operators to traverse justice department systems to obtain information on cases including investigations and assets listed in bankruptcies.  The only way this could have been done is if the software had a “back door” through the IBM hardware controller.  “This is arcane knowledge,” and only a highly trained IBM technical support person could have devised it.  The Justice Department under Attorney General Edwin Meese confiscated the software and wouldn’t pay Hamilton, inventor of the software.  Hamilton sued and after years of litigation, they were rescued by IBM, when Inslaw was about to go under.   Rescue by IBM meant that IBM then owned the PROMIS software.

Indira Singh, Consulting Systems Analyst to J.P. Morgan for Morgan’s Risk Management systems on 9/11, has maintained that Arab’s were trying to sell PTECH software to the J.P. Morgan bank.  But, because of inconsistencies (to a fellow Systems Analyst) in Singh’s testimony, Vicky believes this may be just a cover story.  IBM marketed PTECH “Framework” software that produces tables and lists of all resources on the computer.  It provided a ‘window on the world’ into the computer system.  The “back door” capability of PROMIS built into the PTECH software was a way to get into the bank’s software by stealth, without at user ID or password.   This corresponds to the Congressional investigation of the Inslaw software in the 1990’s.

A 1992 Congressional investigation included allegations that the FBI was being subverted.  When FBI agents wanted  to execute a raid, they would find that evidence would be gone.  Apparently, criminals were being informed ahead of time that they were being investigated.   The implication is that the PROMIS software had the backdoor and that back door was being exploited to warn off criminals that they were being investigated.  Noteworthy - the CEO of IBM in the 1990’s, Louis Gerstner, Jr., later became CEO of the Carlyle Group.

Vicky began her career in 1976 in Silicon Valley and based on her experience there, she thinks she knows how the PTECH “back door” might have worked.  One company Vicky interviewed with wrote software for a warehouse system involving fork lifts and wireless communication.  This wireless communication allowed the forklift operator to update the computer inside the warehouse even while he was driving the forklift.  If a similar (very low tech) strategy was used on 9/11, this “Trojan Horse,” could have been simply a chip on a circuit board.  All they would need to do is record the first 25 characters and they could hack into any corporate and government computer system. Using a keystroke recorder burned into the extra chip along with passive communications software that would upload the characters on demand, the hacker could obtain the User ID and Password of any User on the system.

If that’s the way they did it, it would have been the perfect crime.  One person could have shutdown the line connecting the FAA and NMCC (National Military Command and Control).  “Coincidentally,” the person manning the NMCC on the morning of 9/11 was a first day employee and his boss was away at a meeting.  So, the new man on the job didn’t even know that on the morning of 9/11 the communication between FCC and NMCC was down.

Vicky believes that a coordinated sequence of events lead to PTECH and 9/11.  At the G-8 meeting in Houston in 1999 and at the 2000 United Nations meeting in Okinawa, Japan, there was considerable talk about bridging the “digital divide,” that is, the gap between developed and undeveloped countries.  The Plan of Action presented in Genoa was for governments and NGO’s (non-governmental organizations) to bring the internet to under—developed countries.  The partnership team to help implement this included MARKLE, headed by Zoe Baird, Anderson Consulting Company, the Chubb Corporation, and AIG.   The idea was to export our knowledge jobs (bio-tech, computer, etc.) to India.  At that time, the US economy was 65% dependent on the knowledge industry.  On Nov. 9, 2001, President Bush signed the Knowledge Trade Initiative which was a torpedo to our economy. 

New Federalism 

Under Clinton and Gore’s “re-inventing government”  program, they implemented what has been termed ‘New Federalism’ which is essentially the privatization of government.  Congress passes framework legislation and funding; but the programs are implemented by a partnership of Foundations and Non-Governmental organizations - funded by corporations.  This leaves in place the façade of a federal government, but it is actually closer to the German model of socialism (ref. Ludwig Von Mises).

The Harvard paper written by Phillip Zelikow and Ashton Carter lays this out: “Catastrophic Terrorism, a National Policy” includes a reference to “market-based governance.”   'New Federalism is market-based 'governance.  There is a video on Newt Gingrich’s Americansolutions.org website where Elaine Kamarck, PhD. describes market-based governance in a presentation titled, “End of Government As We Know it” .  Clinton’s ‘New Federalism’ was the end of constitutional government and the beginning of the communist system of “governance by soviets” with soviet being defined as councils or committees.

The soviet system corresponds to the idea of “virtual government,” where all policies come from a central source.  The policies come from the EU and UN in Geneva (or where ever), and then are implemented by NGO’s.  But in this “virtual government,” there is no representation for people.  The most active part of the United Nations is UNESCO.  Their sustainable development groups are charged with  implementing U.N. environmental policies.  Under the heading of accountability, they have to tag and inventory everything because remote “governance” requires computerized monitoring of the performance of the soviets and the level of cooperation of the people.

The World Bank plan is to measure our productivity relative to the resources we consume.   If the ratio of our productivity to consumption is over 1 that’s OK, but if not, you are a “useless eater,” and perhaps need to be disposed of.  This idea is codified in the U.N. term, “family dependency ratio,” which refers to this kind of analysis being applied to an entire family.

These ideas are kind of implicit in what they write about their “poverty reduction strategies.”  The strategy is that under-developed countries would get development dollars if they reduce poverty.  To even get the development dollars, then, third world leaders more or less have to eliminate the poor.   The “poverty reduction” campaigns are eliminating poor people in Africa.  Indeed, much of the modern environmental movement traces back to the eugenics movement.  The definition of the environment as “everything we touch and everything that touches us” justifies the totalitarian control of everything under the heading of efficient utilization of resources.  This corresponds to the The Report from Iron Mountain, written by the Rand Corporation concerning population reduction.  It is Vicky’s belief that this report is real and that it served to provide the plan to the various players. Indeed, our government is fomenting revolution in a lot of countries.   

Turnkey Democracy and Revolution

The National Endowment for Democracy (NED) is a granting agency funded by the U.S. government that provides grants for organizations representing business, labor, the International Republican Institute, and National Democratic Institute.  NED provides “turn-key democracy”  through the soviet system of NGO’s.  NED has been linked to the “Color Revolutions” that are now going on all over the world. 

Control of Resources by Supply Chain

Our transportation system and transportation systems all over the world are being redesigned to facilitate “supply chain management.”  The monopoly cartels will control all supplies through supply chain management.  For example, Dell Computers have lots of components.  Each component generates orders and each of these generates lots of smaller orders.  The idea is that if you want to stay in business, you control all aspects of the supply chain, thereby putting everyone else out of business.

Thus, we have to break up the monopolies.  It seems that Sec. of Treasury Paulson and Fed Reserve Chairman Bernanke want to set up an E-Bay style auction to handle the junk assets.  Only in this reverse auction, the government rewards the lowest bidder.  This is essentially D-Day for the capitalistic system and it gives Secretary Paulson unprecedented control over the economy and the system.  It also sets up a new market mechanism.  It is not a bail out, per se.  All these pieces of legislation have U.N. Agendas embedded in them.   If you control the supplies - you control country.

If this evil program is implemented, the UN system of “governance by soviets” will have complete control- forever.  The concept of “virtual governance” by computer system includes a national health care system.  The nationalization of medical records and outcome performance measuring provides the capability for human experimentation and potentially genetic modification- of people.  What scares Vicky, is that they could create a population of drones, like an ant colony, using genetic modification.

Essentially 9/11 was part of a Mind War experiment- to see how the population would react when you couple emotional shock with absurd explanations.

At first, all government revenues were from tariffs.  Then in 1913, tariffs were cut in half, with the remaining being paid by American citizens and business.  This has resulted in the indenture of the American people.  Now our labor is collateral to the bankers.  Americans need to awaken and snap out of their dream-sleep.

Vicky Davis (12/04/07), former systems analyst who lost her job in the 1990’s when so many of the “knowledge jobs” were outsourced to India. Her website, www.channelingreality.com, consists of four main topics: The Silent War, New Federalism, The Coup d-Etat, and Shock and Awe.   

 Silent War: Privatized government is conducting low-intensity conflict (i.e., terrorism) against the people of the U.S.  It is an information war and a form of cultural warfare.   

 The New Federalism: The Clinton administration re-invented government, passing framework legislation, based on implementation and funding by NGO’s (non-governmental  organizations- note: This violates constitution).  For example, the Smart Growth Network, funded by the EPA, got grants from federal agencies and private entities.  Agenda 21 (UN Agenda for the Twenty-First Century) was a coup d’etat in which government functions were contracted out to private corporations.  The new government structures amount to a “market-based government.”  Check report by William Perry, Ashton Carter, and Phillip Zelikow, entitled “Catastrophic Terrorism- Elements of a National Preventative Policy.”  In 1991/1992, under Bush senior, Douglas Noble and a committee of corporations wrote “New American Schools for the New World Order.”   The board of the “New American Schools Development Corporation” includes James Jones, James Baker, John Clendenon, and Louis Gerschner (CEO of IBM). 

 Agenda 21. under the banner of “smart growth” (thank you, George Orwell) and environmentalism, calls for re-wilding huge sections of the U.S.  It tries to establish special places, called World Heritage Sites.  President Clinton’s “Council on Sustainable Development” mandated that city mayors had to be engaged in “sustainable development.”  He set up “Conference of Mayors,” an international conference in Paris.  Participants included the Aspen Institute of France and the Aspen Institute of Berlin.   This was followed by “Transatlantic Summit of Mayors” in 2000. 

 The Coup d”Etat: The 9/11-NAU (North American Union) connection is the establishment of the Free Trade Agreement of the Americas (FTAA).  Colin Powell signed the Inter-American Democratic Charter on 9/11/2001.  This is intended to be the Magna Carta of the Americas.  In the early 1990’s, Sandy Berger, working for Anthony Lake (Department of National Security) set up the merger of all governments of all countries in the western hemisphere.  Goal was to have four summits, set direction of working groups with representatives of each country to “harmonize” the laws and coordinate the policies of the future “Pan-American Union.”  (By the way, all this is highly treasonous to the U.S. Constitution and to the American people).  However, when John Deutch left the CIA, Lake couldn’t be confirmed, and George Tenet was selected to be CIA director.  At the time, Tenet was lobbying for the Solar Industry.  Senator David Boren then selected him to be his Chief of Staff, where he worked on CIA issues.  As CIA director, all Tenet did was establish a paper trail on “Osama the boogie man” (the designated patsy of 9/11 and other government-sponsored synthetic terrorism acts).  Check out the movie: Invasion of the Body Snatchers.  BORSTOR.  The Plan, the Code name for Operation 9/11 was “The Big Wedding,” because it was supposed to be catalyst for merger of all western hemisphere countries.  

 As a systems analyst, Vicky Davis was trained to look for the conceptual thinking behind the words, using the Yourdan Method, that helps you identify major processes, organize information and create indices and a hierarchy of concepts.  Total Information Awareness- the computer system- springs from DARPA- of the Dept. of Defense.

 The NAFTA corridors are planned to be smart corridors, totally automated, with remote sensors so that they can ID the people in cars.  They will be designed to toll you by the mile using surveillance software of total domain awareness.  GIS (Geographic Information Systems), P-tech and Promis software technology will be used to establish command and control centers.

 The New Federalism: Book report, “The Blair House Papers,” by Clinton and Gore, indicates that the era of big government is over.  Now, government is “privatized” through contracting out government functions to private corporations.  Al Gore headed up the FTAA and re-invention of government.  The new American way of war will be to use Command and Control Centers.  Thomas Barrett, professor at the R.I. Military College, drew up the Pentagon’s New Map.  He is father of net-centered warfare- 21^st century military force.  The old model is no longer needed.  Art Sobrosky, author of The New American Way of War  has website.  Now military will utilize “effects-based operations” (i.e., terrorism), using small teams like Al Qaeda (aka Al CIA-duh), working groups (teams of government workers from the U.S., Canada and private sector, etc.), and think tanks (to write policy papers, etc.).   The Report from Iron Mountain was written by the Rand Corporation and IBM.

 On 9/11. Members of Japanese parliament and a former premier of Italy have now also declared that 9/11 was an inside job.The Tokyo International War Crimes Tribunal (2004) found that 9/11 was a crime against humanity through the use of exotic weapons and as a pretext for illegal wars in Afghanistan and Iraq. Of 236 World Trade Center (steel beam) samples analyzed by NIST(National Institute for Standards and Technology), 233 were not exposed to temperatures above 500 degrees F. This completely disproves official government story. So we know that claims of molten metal at the site are dubious. Also, there were explosions in the basements of the WTC 1 and 2 as much as 17 seconds before the alleged  planes hit. Absolutely no remains of 1100 of the bodies were found at  all. At least some of the photographic evidence about molten metal  was faked, as it was in the JFK assassination case (the Zaprueder Film).  As per the findings of engineering professor, Dr. Judy Wood (http://drjudywood.com/, it seems  WTC Buildings 1 and 2 came apart by molecular dissociation.

Israeli intelligence (Mossad) and the CIA orchestrated 9/11.  Fox greatly admires Captain Eric May’s Ghost Troop II and their work during Operation Noble Resolve, to identify other possible false flag synthetic operations by closely monitoring military exercises being carried out in the U.S., for example in Portland, Oregon (Operation Noble Resolve).  Capt. May’s Ghost Troop is named for the many hundreds of American soldiers and marines who were killed in the Battle of Bagdhad that occurred at the Bagdad airport at the beginning of the 2003 US invasion of Iraq.  This event was covered up by the media using the phony story of Jessica Lynch.  The US exploded one neutron bomb in this conflict.  Subsequent cancer rates have been high.  A huge part of the Fort Stewart, GA unit was wiped out.  Officers take an oath to protect and defend the constitution. Capt. May realized that, like Manhattan on 9/11, Houston area could be a top target of synthetic (state-sponsored) terrorism.  He noticed parallelism of target names, for example, Texas City, Texas, Oklahoma City, Oklahoma, New York City, New York, etc..  Jewish supremacists, Illuminatists, cabbalists, etc. are into numerical patterns.  Capt. May predicted in late March, 2004, that Texas City, Texas  It did get hit with some kind of explosion, but not with nukes because the underground policemen in the area supported Capt. May, and his Internet campaigns may have also deterred a nuclear false flag event, as well.  In July, 2005, a major gas explosion at a BP refinery pushed gasoline futures on the stock market to a historic high.  Cockroach theory.  Exposed cockroaches.  There is an internal turf battle amongst our incredibly criminal and treasonous ruling elite.  By coordinating drills or military exercises during a false flag event, the criminal elite can control the military, which in turn, can control situations.  There is currently an information war to condition and brainwash Americans.  The highest-level conspirators have influence in Hollywood and use “predictive programming” through movies and the media.  Al CIA-duh.  We must counter the predators with our own counter-predators.  The Jewish elite are like a CIA in search of a country.  They are an example of parasitism.  Amshel Mayer Rothschild and the Worldwide Revolutionary Movement, the Grand Plan.  Psychopathology has a genetic basis.  4 to 5% of white gene pool are psychopaths.  The power elite adopt the gorilla gangster social model, aka the (Leo) Straussian (or Machiavellian) model.  Elites use monopolistic tactics and use laws as a way to dominate people.  In contrast to the historic pattern of northern Europeans, where people typically rise up to kill despotic kings, the Jewish people better fit the model of Asiatic despotism, which thrives on subjugating people though an imperialistic welfare/warfare state.   Operation Topofff involved Phoenix, Arizona and Portland, Oregon.   Topoff:  In mid-October, the largest civil defense exercises, involved 15,000 people.  When Russian president Putin pledged support for Iran, this may have resulted in the cancellation of a joint U.S.-Israeli strke against Iran during Operation Topoff.  We need more people to get informed and get active.  We need to convince more “high net worth people” to get active and take political action.  Thomas Paine said in 1776: “When Republican virtue fails, slavery ensues.” would get hit.

Richard Gage, founder of Architects and Engineers for 911 Truth  also featured in the movie “9/11: Blueprint for Truth: The Architecture of Destruction” As of now, 250 architects and engineers have signed a petition to re-investigate what happened to the buildings on 9/11. 

WTC 1, 2, and 7 were the three worst structural failures in modern history.  (In this statement, Gage fails to acknowledge that WTC buildings 3, 4, 5 and 6 were also completely destroyed on 9/11- ETK note).  There have been 100’s of fires in steel high rise buildings in the past and since 9/11… but no buildings have ever collapsed due to fire.  In some of these other fires, 10 to 20 floors burned over 10 to 20 hours (actually up to 4 days - ETK).  In addition, the classic crimp we saw in video footage at the top of WTC 7 just before its collapse indicates it came down by controlled demolition.  

WTC 7 had 40,000 tons of structural steel and 27 interior core columns.  The sulfidization process had to cut all frames to collapse the building into four stories of debris.  There were tons of molten metal, flowing like lava, based on infra-red photos.  (ETK’s note: Relatively hot objects appear white on infra-red photos.  Objects do not have to be molten to appear white.  By contrast, molten steel appears red/orange/yellow on regular photos. So you don’t need infra-red photos to identify molten metal. You only need regular photos.).   He notes that 21 days after 9/11, molten iron (not steel) was still running.   He notes that ends of the beams were melted. 

 There were 800 truck loads a day after 9/11 that removed the evidence.  (Here, Gage fails to acknowledge that the trucks were actually importing soil/dirt to cover the site, as per www.drjudywood.com - ETK).  In the destruction of Building 7, the Securities Exchange Commission (SEC) housed in WTC 7 (the Salomon Brothers Building) lost 1000’s of files pertaining to 100’s of legal cases, including ENRON and Worldcom.  The CIA, DOD, and many other government agencies were also housed in WTC 7.  In the PBS documentary “America Rebuilds,” aired in 2002, owner of the WTC complex, (Zionist) Larry Silverstein admits that he gave the order to “pull” the building.   

 WTC 1 and 2: In the mushroom explosion, beams were hurled 500’ (actually 600’) laterally. Pyroclastic clouds were produced.  In 2005, people found 700 bone fragments ½ inch long or less on the high rise across the street.  In all, remains of 1500 people were not found…. They were vaporized.  Likewise, office furniture and file cabinets were vaporized and turned to fine dust.  There were no macro-scopic chunks of concrete.  He says only a couple stories of rubble were found at the bottom (ETK note- Dr. Judy Wood’s photos show there was essentially no rubble pile immediately after WTC 1 and 2 disappeared.  Only days later, after trucks had imported dirt and other material to the site did the rubble pile grow.)  Pyroclastic clouds carried tiny droplets of molten iron and molten iron is a by-product of the thermate reaction.  It’s all in the dust as small spheres of iron.  (Presumably he is referring to the work of Dr. Steve Jones who analyzed one sample of dust).  There were unexploded chips of thermate 1/16^th of an inch long. 

 2844 people were killed in the “collapse,” which occurred at incredible speed, that is, 10 seconds or the rate of 11 floors per second.  Put another way, each floor failed and “fell” (actually exploded and disappeared) in 1/11^th of a second.  Squibs are seen to come out of windows 20, 40, 60 floors below the “demolition wave.” 

In fact, WTC 1 and 2 had won an award for structural engineering in 1971 from the American Society of Civil Engineers.  They were over-designed by a factor of 20- they were incredibly sturdy.  They had 30 to 36” steel girders, each floor is an acre in size, for a total of 160 acres for each building.  118 first responders testify to hearing explosions in the buildings.  The fires in the building were oxygen starved fires.

 Gatto describes the history of  “the psychopathic school.”  Gatto believes we are full human beings at age 13 and all of us are capable of excelling.  For example, First Admiral David was only 12 years old when he commanded and American fleet. 

 But our modern, elite system is extremely racist and artificially extends childhood in order to make the masses of people into better workers (drones) and more reliable consumers.  In Underground History of American Education, Gatto shows that modern educational policy decisions have an ancient genesis.  The template is Plato’s Republic.   Plato divided people into metals, based on their different potentials: gold, silver, bronze, and lead.  He believed most people are analogous to lead, i.e., “human sludge.”   In 1555, attorney John Calvin, advanced a Christian theology without sin and redemption.  The redeemed are picked before they are board.  All the rest, like Plato’s lead people, are already damned.  This theology fit the preferred elite worldview and helped them work out a social and economic order that allowed the elite to live much better than the rest of us.  Calvin thus, helped invent a mass schooling system in which the masses are filled with incomplete truths.  This supported a system of elite privilege.  

 Benedict Spinoza, a liberal philosopher, believed in liberty and freedom, but only for the upper 5% of humans.  The other 95% have to be controlled and jailed.  His writings helped establish a universal system based on nonsense and half truths.  The idea was to sell school as a substitute for organized religion (itself, the most irrational institution), creating a “secular, civil religion.”   

In 1871, Charles Darwin’s second book, Descent of Man, concluded that only a small fraction of the population is evolving; the rest are evolutionary dead ends-  I.e., most people can’t be improved.  German philospher/educator Wilhem Vunt, became the main inspiration for many American educational luminaries- including John Dewey and G. Stanley Hall.  A deluge of German Ph.D.’s became Presidents of American Universities and heads of departments.  This allowed for the institution of the idea that education is nonsense and that people are machines.  Martin Luther, founder of the Lutheran Church, loathed ordinary people, saying we should skin them alive and hang them upside down.  The Federalist Papers show that power corrupts.  Jefferson rejected the “civil religion” school as a waste of people’s time. 

 (33^rd degree Mason) Ben Franklin financed the American Revolution by getting the French to pay for it.  Robber barons such as Andrew Carnegie (a passionate social Darwinist) and J.D. Rockefeller set up their foundations to chain the college curriculum to that of elementary, jr. high and high schools, using the German system of education as template.  The Carnegie Foundation set up a college pension fund.  In order to buy in, colleges had to agree to demand that high schools specialize in certain subject areas.  Overnight, all high schools in America adopted this model.   See Carol Quigley’s Tragedy and Hope: A History of the World in Our Time.

Fetzer (founder of Scholars for 9/11 Truth), Major William Fox, and SFC Donald Buswell (the 9/11 NCO), Captain Eric May recently issued a major national terrorist) alert, which was picked up by about 10,000 websites and reported in the Seattle Times.  Their May Day alert warned that government terror drills being performed in the NW (Seattle and Portland) from May 1 to 8, 2008, could, like 9/11- “go live” and become genuine false-flag, state-sponsored terrorist attacks. 9/11 in the US and the 7/7 London bombings were both inside job, false-flag attacks covered out under cover of military exercises.   These particular (May, 2008) military exercises fortunately did not morph into actual terrorist attacks in the Northwestern US.  But ever since actual terrorist attacks coincided with government anti-terrorist drills on 9/11 in the U.S. and 7/7 bombings in the U.K., Capt. Eric May and his Ghost Troop cyber-intelligence unit have closely monitored anti-terrorist military drills in this country. 

 May stated that we need to use both eyes- one for looking backward and solving the case of 9/11 and one to look forward and prevent the next 9/11, that indeed, our rogue government has repeatedly promised us. 

 May recounted his personal history: enlisted in the U.S. Army out of his Houston, Texas high school, where he worked in the nuclear, biological and chemical weapons corps.  He learned Latin, Greek and Russian in his training for Army intelligence.  He did a stint as a  Latin, Russian and English teacher in a prep school.  Returning to military intelligence, in his job as an Op Force Controller, his job was to think like the bad guys.  Returning to civilian life, he became an editorial writer and ghost speech-writer for CEOs and mostly Republican politicians in the Houston area.   After 9/11, he first supported the government’s position.  It was only after, as a journalist, he covered the bloody, three-day “Battle of Baghdad,” which was completely censored from the American public, and after he talked with a 9/11 witness who was a Marine Captain, that May first questioned 9/11.  Soon he realized that 9/11 was an inside job.   As a military man, Captain May took an oath to defend America and the U.S. Constitution from enemies foreign and domestic.  By founding and leading Ghost Troop (named for the many unrecognized American soldiers who died at the “Battle of Baghdad”), Captain May is honoring and fulfilling that oath, by using his intelligence background and skills to foil another attempted false-flag attack on Americans.

 May says it’s tougher now for the government to “false-flag” us.  Between half and ¾ of the American people don’t believe the government story, whereas ¼ believe the government carried out the 9/11 attacks.  Once people wake up, they don’t go back to sleep.  The May Day alert was a big breakthrough for the 9/11 Truth Movement that makes it exponentially more difficult for the government to carry out the next attack.

 The media and political establishment have no choice but to continue down the false-flag path.  They must carry out another attack to turn this country into a military dictatorship, as they hope to do.  The recent Operation Impact involved a 3-state massive roundup of people in preparation for martial law.  The next week there was a simulated concentration-camp drill in Iowa. 

 A terror exercise is the best way to set up a terrorist event.  (US Government) Operations Topoff (for Top Officer) and Noble Resolve set up a nuclear attack in Portland.   There were multiple indicators that Portland might be a designated target.  May has previously warned of 6 petrochemical terror attacks in Texas City, Texas.  Four of these petrochemical explosion drills actually did go live.  And in each case, after BP, Exon-Mobile, etc. refineries were destroyed, the world price of oil went up to record highs.   Military exercises were going on before and after each of these cases.  His Lone Star Iconoclast newspaper has called for a Congressional Investigation of this.   This is the true M.O. (modus operandi) of 9/11.  The elite chooses targets such as the “white elephant” WTC or old, dilapidated refineries that are obsolete and need to be replaced.  Then they make tons of insurance money and money from the tax payers after their own operations destroy the facilities.

 The three most dangerous places in the U.S. are 1) Houston, specifically Texas City, 2) Chicago, specifically the Sears Tower, and 3) Portland, now extended to Portland and Seattle.  Our job is to try to anticipate where the enemy (rogue elements of the federal government) is drawing up plans to strike next.  The Bush administration is a cabal; Big Oil is the chief actor.  They own the Bushes.  Bush Sr. lives in Houston.  The war in Iraq is a Zionist/globalist war to seize the Middle East.  It is also a capitalist war.  So the two objectives of the war in Iraq are oil and Israel.  It has always been for territorial acquisition of Middle Eastern oil.  We need to remember that war and disaster are phenomenal economic opportunities for those who can control when you go to war and who you go to war with.  The main profiteers of Bush’s wars are 1) international money men, the bankers and financiers, 2) big oil, 3) the arms industry.  Today oil is up to $120 a barrel.   War is about killing people and taking stuff.

 Houston (Texas City) has always been part of their long-range synthetic terrorism plan.   It was always their number 3 target (after Oklahoma City and New York City).  In fact, here we see a coded pattern, typical of the criminal cabal/gang- like other gangs they have their own numerical codes, etc., So all these ops are coded (example: 9/11, 7/7, 3/11 in Madrid, 11/9 in Aman, Jordan, 7/11 in Mombay, India two years ago).  In fact, the leaders of the criminal cabal which has taken over Washington are cultists of secret societies. 

 So far, we (Ghost Troop and affiliates) have pre-empted them.   We may have pre-empted them in Portland and Seattle.  They are behind schedule, if they fall too far behind schedule their cabal falls apart.  All wars are conspiracies by cabals of gangster types. 

 The internet, the alternative media, is now more powerful than CNN or Rupert Murdoch.  But there is a large contingent within the 9/11 movement dedicated to creating infighting and pulling it down from within.  What the government really hates is professionally lead opposition (such as Ghost Troop).  Thus, there are often serious attempts to retaliate and discourage leaders.  Captain May himself mysteriously contracted a very serious disease after beginning his efforts, as did Donald Busman (the 9/11 NCO). 

 Solutions: stay vigilant, get a subscription to the Lone Star Iconoclast,  use one eye to look back and try to figure out the truth of 9/11 and one eye open to anticipate and prevent the next 9/11 (and ETK note: use your third eye to make the most of each precious, present moment).

The 9/11 Truth Movement is a COINTEL-PRO (counter-intelligence program), like the FBI conducted in America in the 50’s, 60’s and 70’s.  Richard Falk (CFR), David Ray Griffen (Club of Rome), Steven Jones, James Fetzer are part of this effort to mislead and control the 9/11 truth movement.  Some leaders in the movement, such as Webster Tarpley, are fear-mongers who try to frighten and disable the movement.  In fact, the 26’ diameter holes at WTC are the signature of directed energy weapons, as postulated by Dr. Judy Wood.  Photos indicate the buildings turned to dust through molecular dissociation from DEW (directed energy weapons).

The Rothschild family (along with the Queen of England and the City of London) control the world’s uranium and the nuclear industry.  Leuren worked at the Lawrence Livermore Lab and there became a whistle-blower.   She said the men in charge there were like a cult, a Brotherhood of Death.

Discovery and use of Depleted Uranium (DU) goes back to the Manhattan Project at Los Alamos Laboratory in New Mexico in the 1940’s.  99/5% of what is now mined as uranium is U²³⁵, which is what is used in DU.  The Pentagon has simply taken this waste product of nuclear weapons industry production and used it to harden missile and ammunition shells.  (Such shells can cut through the densest metals as if they were butter).   However, DU forms a very fine particulate dust that gets in the atmosphere and can travel around the entire planet in a few days.  Normally, it rains out of the atmosphere in two months.  Unfortunately, DU is a neuro-toxin that causes DNA damage, birth defects, cancer, diabetes, brain problems, endocrine, blood, and blood diseases.  Indeed, this is the probable cause of most diseases identified as “Gulf War Syndrome.”  Whereas, 5% of WWII veterans were on medical disability, that percent jumped to 10% during the Vietnam War (due to use of Agent Orange, dioxin, etc.) and 55% from the Gulf War. 

The U.S. military has secretly used DU in training exercises at military bases throughout the US.  Britain and the US used DU in wars their wars on Iraq (1991),  Yugoslavia (mid-90s), Afghanistan (2001), and Iraq (2003-present).  Israel used DU in its war on Lebanon.  The amount used so far is the equivalent of 40,000 Hiroshima atomic bombs.  (Edward Teller, the Hungarian nuclear scientist who was the model for the fictional character Dr. Strangelove in the movie of that name, was a contractor for the Rockefellers who suggested that DU be dumped in people’s drinking water.)  Uranium and the nuclear industry is controlled by an international cartel run by the City of London and the Rothschild and Rockefeller families.  This group controls the Zionist-Anglo-American Empire. The U.S. is the military proxy for Great Britain (which is controlled by the Jewish Zionist banking cartels- ETK comment).  The goal of the Zionist-Anglo-American Empire is reduce the population of the earth by 2 to 4 billion people.

Leuren Moret- 5/27/08  When asked about the Newmont Uranium project proposed for Park County Colorado, Leuren stated that one cannot understand what is happening locally without first understanding the big picture.   Regarding the global uranium business, the international bankers located within the ancient Roman “City of London” have decided that: if you control the food, you control the nation, if you control the energy, you control a region, and if you control money, you control the whole world.  The City of London international bankers are the descendants of the Merchants of Venice, who are descended from those who controlled the Roman, Egyptian, and Mesopotamian empires.  They invented the concept of a corporation to relieve themselves of any liability for their actions. 

Maurice Strong, more than anyone else in the world, has written the rules for the global takeover of land, resources and people by these international bankers.  Strong began working for the Rockefellers when he was 18 and he continues to work for and with the Wall Street-City of London bankers today.  Maurice Strong is also a major factor in the coming (intended) merger of Canada, the United States and Mexico into a North American Union.  All this is about a gigantic land grab of the resources of the world.  And under the terms of globalization set up by Strong and others, private corporations like Newmont Mining Company) have no responsibility or liability.  Since 1995, Jacob Rothschild and the Rothschild Family won 80% of the world’s uranium.  Individual property owners now typically own only the top 6” of soil on their land.  Everything else, presumably down to the center of the earth, is owned by the City of London.  Today, this global land grab is comprised of countless local land grabs. 

Governments such as the US government are creating Wildlands and National Heritage Sites.   And this is proceeding under the justification of environmental protection.  Meanwhile, people are being squeezed off their land.  The environmental movement and NGOs (non-governmental organizations) have tricked us into relinquishing our private property rights guaranteed to us by the US Constitution.  Agenda 21- the UN Agenda for the Twenty-First Century, also created by Maurice Strong- is proceeding at triple speed under Bush II. 

The tripling of gas prices since Bush II became president is restricting our movement and causing food prices to go up.  During the last 10-20 years, the world’s oil companies consolidated into three- BP (British Petroleum), Shell, and Exxon-Mobile.  (These three companies are all primarily controlled by members of the Committee of 300, according to intelligence analyst Dr. John Coleman.   The Committee of 300 includes representatives of the the Rothschild and Rockefeller families, Queen Elizabeth II and many other European royalty, Henry Kissinger, George Bush Sr., and, of course, Maurice Strong; Coleman, 1997-2006).

Princess Diana’s mother is a Rothschild (Jewish), so technically, Prince William is also a Jewish Rothschild by blood.  And he, of course, is positioned to be King of England- and hence, many believe the ultimate controller of the entire global secret government/Rothschild Octopus that includes the Committee of 300, M16, the Round Table, the  Royal Institute for International Affairs, the CIA, Mossad, the state of Israel, and their myriad corporations,  think tanks, intelligence agencies, false business fronts, etc. 

She quotes the Winston Churchill’s statement (2/08/1920, Illustrated Sunday Herald):

This movement amongst the Jews (the Russian Revolution) is not new.  From the days of Spartacus (Adam) Weishaupt to those of Karl Marx, and down to Trotsky (real name- Bronstein, Russia), Bela Kuhn (Hungary), Rosa Luxembourg (Germany) and Emma Goldman (United States), this world-wide conspiracy for the overthrow of civilization and the reconstruction of society on the basis of arrested development, of envious malevolence, and impossible inequality, has been steadily growing.   It played, as a modern writer, Mrs. Nesta Webster, has so ably shown, a definitely recognizable part in the tragedy of the French Revolution.  It has been the mainspring of every subversive movement during the 19^th Century; and now at last this band of extraordinary personalities has gripped the Russian people by the hair of their heads and have become practically the undisputed masters of that enormous empire.  There is no need to exaggerate the part played in the creation of Bolshevism and in the actual bringing about of the Russian Revolution by these international and for the most part atheistic Jews.  Moreover, the principal inspiration and driving power comes from Jewish leaders.

Moret then notes that what is occurring is “spiritual warfare” and the Khazar Jews are not really Jews.  They have adopted the Jewish religion as a fig-leaf.  An example of the disconnect within the world Jewish community is that whereas Israeli Jews mostly support Bush II, American Jews do not.  Meanwhile, the international bankers do view humans as “human cattle” (goyim is the Jewish term). She states that 300,000 American children are picked up by police each year and their organs are harvested (however, she did not mention the source of this statistic).  Dyncorp forces young women into sex trafficking.  The ruling elite use organized crime and the military to maintain their power.  Today, as a result of their activities, organized crime is seamless around the world.  The European Union is a Jacob Rothschild creation. 

Today, the world’s ruling elite view the United States as a giant turkey to be carved up and divided amongst themselves.  The Newmont Uranium gold mine takes $1 billion a year in gold from Nevada.  Canadian companies are raping America and American companies are raping Canada. 

President Nixon, using Executive Orders, carved America into 10 regions.  The U.N. is now trying to control the water, because no living thing can survive without water. 

Maurice and his wife, Hannah Strong (the Manitou Foundation) have leased land to numerous spiritual groups in the Crestone area of south-central Colorado, adjacent to the San Luis Basin.  In effect, Moret suggests they are “colonizing” the Crestone area for its resources.   Because native Americans have a more coherent culture than the dominant American cultures, they are most aware of these kinds of land grab activities.  However, we have Indy media and the internet. 

WWII nuclear targets, Hiroshima and Nagasaki, Japan, were chosen by Skull and Bonesman, Stimson.  Stimson and other Bonesmen set up the University of California to be the institution that would create our weapons of mass destruction.  The U.S. government has used 800 tons of depleted uranium in their wars against Iraq and Afghanistan.  In July, the Air Force carried out 835 strikes using DU tipped missiles.  In July, 2007, the uranium content in Los Angeles drinking water doubled- as a result of our use of these weapons in Iraq and Afghanistan. 

On 9/11, the World Trade Center Buildings were demolished using exotic, directed energy or beam weapons.  The buildings went up in nanoparticles- that you can’t even see.  The particle size evidence is critical and reveals that DEW (directed energy weapons) were used.  Re: the 9/11 Truth Movement, Moret re-iterated that some of the leading figures, including the “Three Popes” of the movement, Dr. Steven Jones, Webster Tarpley and Dr. David Ray Griffin, are all counter-intelligence agents.  Dr. Steven Jones, the ex-physics professor from the University of Utah who was co-founder of Scholars for 9/11 Truth is a “Department of Energy liar” who is trying to promote the false conclusion that WTC 1 and 2 came down based on chemical/thermite explosions.  A Mormon, Jones also worked at Los Alamos labs and sabotaged the two University of Utah scientists who discovered cold fusion back in the 1980’s.  (Mormons are heavily represented in the nuclear industry, according to Moret).  Dr. David Ray Griffin, a retired professor of theology from Southern California, is affiliated with the Club of Rome (a top Committee of 300 think tank, according to Dr. John Coleman).  His “handler” is Richard Falk, of the CFR (Committee on Foreign Relations, another Committee of 300-controlled think tank).  Tarpley is an alarmist who continually predicts the next 9/11 attack.

Moret attended a July, 2005 9/11 Truth conference in Washington, DC.  This conference was internally sabotaged by many cointel-pro workers.  What we need is an international citizens effort to uncover the truth of 9/11.  Richard Falk may soon be taking the lead in an international UN investigation.  This will be another bogus investigation. 

Dr. Thomas Cahill, University of California, Davis, monitored air quality at Ground Zero for 5 months after 9/11. His Delta Group published a 4” thick report that showed that tritium and deuterium were used.  This is evidence, perhaps, that 4^th generation nuclear weapons, DEW (beam) weapons, and/or DU were used.  As Dr. Judy Wood showed her photographic evidence in her talk at the Madison, WI 9/11 Conference put on by Dr. James Fetzer, Dr. Doug Rokke turned to Leuren Moret and whispered- “it had to be mini-nukes and directed energy weapons.” 

In fact 9/11 was carried out by M16, the CIA, and Mossad (intelligence agencies of England, the US and Israel) (on behalf of the Committee of 300- ETK).   9/11 gave the ruling elite justification to repeal our Bill of Rights in the Patriot Act and Domestic Military Authorization Act (that eradicated posse comitatus), their wars in the Middle East.  What do Kazakhstan and Afghanistan have in common?  Lots of uranium.  The ruling elite now have their eye on Siberia for its abundant oil and natural gas.

In the summer of 1992 I read a newsletter detailing the facts about the on going effort to dismantle our constitution. I was shocked to my very core, frightened and puzzled. "Why didn't we know about this?!!"1 Since that time I've heard the same question in those exact words dozens and dozens of times.

Our constitution is hanging by a thread and has been since 1993 when Missouri legislators passed a resolution calling for a Constitutional Convention (Con-Con). "What's that?" some of you might ask; and "What's the danger?"

The U.S. Constitution  in itself simply lays out the structure of the Federal Government and what it can do. The first ten Articles of Amendment (Bill of Rights) are the ties that bind -- the cage if you will -- that restricts the potential power of that government to run amok (think Soviet Union and other dictatorial countries).  The Bill of Rights tells the federal government what it can not do.

A con-con would open the door to tinkering, tweaking and even totally rewriting the entire constitution, leaving out the Bill of Rights and granting privileges in its place.  A "privilege" is a concession given by some higher authority; the granter of privileges can take away a privilege on a whim. As a matter of fact, the Bill of Rights does not give us our rights, it protects our already God-given rights.

In answer  to the question, "Why didn't we know?!" -- that is because it has been a quiet, sneaky, deceitful effort beginning in 1964 when the Ford Foundation funded a commission, calling upon the expertise of a hundred  "social experimenters", to write a new constitution for America.

Ten years, $25,000,000 and forty drafts later they were finally satisfied with their efforts. That final draft was published in a book titled, The Emerging Constitution, by Rexford G. Tugwell (Harper & Row, 1974). Remember that year: 1974

Before we go further into the details of their ongoing efforts to dismantle our constitution, let us see what life in America -- our lives, our children and grandchildren's lives -- would be like under the Constitution for the Newstates of America:  2

Article 1A Sec.8 - "The practice of religion shall be privileged".

Article 1-A Sec.11 - "Education shall be provided at public expense for those who meet appropriate tests of eligibility."

Article 1B Sec. 8 - "Bearing of arms shall be confined to the police, members of the armed forces, and those licensed under law."

We will undoubtedly lose our homes and farm lands. That plan was revealed in 1934 by Rexford Tugwell, author of The Emerging Constitution, mentioned above. In an article by the Phillip County News, Malta, Montana, 4 January 1934, titled

"Tugwell Predicts New Regulations for Land With Federal Control" (excerpted)

"Use of all land, public and private will be controlled by the federal government in the future, Assistant Secretary of Agriculture Rexford Tugwell predicted this week. . .  he concluded, 'Private control has failed to use wisely its control of the land. We are preparing a land program not merely for the benefit of those who held title to it but for the greater welfare of all the citizens of the country'." 3

That land control issue is covered in the Newstates Constitution:

Article 1A Sec.12 - "No property shall be taken without compensation." (notice it does not say "just" or "fair" compensation)

Article II, Sec.9 - "Taxes on land may be at higher rates than those on its improvements."

Article 9 Sec.2. -  "Areas necessary for the uses of government may be acquired at its valuation and may be maintained as the public interest may require "

Article 9 Sec.16. - "To acquire property and improvements for public use at costs to be fixed, if necessary, by the Court of Claims."

The "Newstates" under this new constitution are "regions", combining some and dividing some, which will eliminate the present states, their boundaries, state legislatures, etc.  Appointed bureaucrats bear titles such as Regulators, Watchkeepers, Overseers and Protectors.

ARTICLE II Sec.1 - "There shall be Newstates, each comprising no less than 5 percent of the whole population."

Article XII Sec.5 - "For establishing Newstates boundaries a commission of thirteen, appointed by the President, shall make recommendations within one year."

In 1974 -- the same year The Emerging Constitution was published -- then V.P. Nelson Rockefeller engineered a resolution calling for an unlimited Con-Con to be held in 1976. The Newstates Constitution was  (and still IS) waiting in the wings. Public opposition killed that effort, so the proponents began lobbying states to pass a resolution calling for a "limited" Con-Con under the ostensible purpose of adding a balanced budget amendment.

By 1983, 32 of the required 34 states had made the call. None other has been passed since then, and three states have rescinded theirs. It has been said, however, that if just two more states make the call, the advocates of a con-con plan to challenge the rescissions of the three states and throw them into the courts while going ahead with a convention.

In 1993, an all-out effort was made when 12 states simultaneously introduced con-con resolutions. By the grace of God, and thousands of people networking around the country, that effort was defeated.  

Not to be deterred, the planners again went back to the drawing board and in '95 came up with what they believed to be their grande finale: A Conference of States, to be held in historic Philadelphia (where the U.S. Constitution was born).

That was a back-door attempt to open a con-con, and they nearly pulled it off.  So sure of success were the powers behind the effort, a Canadian newspaper in 1995 informed its readers that British Prime Minister, Margaret Thatcher, would be out of the country in October, attending an "important convention" in Philadelphia. We discovered later that Margaret Thatcher’s secretary was an advisor to the COS. Obviously, this is NOT a game to the con-con promoters. 4

What could happen  in the event of a "limited" con-con?  What will most probably happen?

A Constitutional Convention makes its own rules, cannot be limited, and could indeed throw out the entire structure, including our protections under the first ten Articles of Amendment (Bill of Rights). The unbridled power of the delegates to a con-con has been acknowledged several times by various State Supreme Courts, 5 and a letter from former U.S. Chief Justice Warren Burger confirms the danger.6  In his letter Justice Berger said:

" . . . there is no effective way to limit or muzzle the actions of a Constitutional Convention. The convention could make its own rules and set its own agenda. . . .  After a convention is convened, it will be too late to stop the convention if we don't like its agenda."

We've recently been informed that during these past sixteen years three more states have rescinded their calls. We're awaiting documents for verification. Those of us who actively worked to defeat the measures believed/hoped it was finally over. It is NOT over. At present both house and senate in Ohio have introduced con-con resolutions, which as of this writing have not been passed. We have no idea how many other states may have resolutions waiting to be introduced.

Our concerns: we believe the time is ripe for those waiting to break into and dismantle the U.S. Constitution.  Uninformed state legislators believe - because they're told - that a con-con can be limited to one subject. They also believe that adding a "balanced budget amendment" will fix the economic problems which all states are facing today.  

The Committee on the Constitutional System (CCS), says they want to wait until the U.S. is in a 1929 type depression to call a convention, because only then would the public accept the radical changes they want.

Here we are today, experiencing an economic collapse that financial experts predict will be a 1929 type depression. One stated that it will "make 1929 look like a walk in the park". 

A recent Wall Street Journal article reads: "The worst budget crisis in decades is forcing states to cut funding to cash-strapped cities, which already are slashing police, firefighters and other services."

We hope to avoid a repeat of 1993; each of the twelve states  mentioned were ready and waiting for their sessions to open. The con-con resolutions hit one after another at the beginning of the year. We urge you readers to further educate yourselves and keep abreast of the situation.

 America was set up as a Constitutional  Republic not a democracy.  Closed military bases in America have morphed into 800 concentration camps, in a program that began as Operations Rex 84 and Garden Plot under the supervision of George H.W. Bush and Oliver North in the 1980’s.   Our leaders are planning a totalitarian/corporate/fascist police state.   However, 19 states are now saying stop the North American Union and the so-called Security and Prosperity Partnership (SPP- thank you George Orwell! ) 11 states are saying stop the real ID (National ID cards).  Executive Order 12919 states that under martial law, the federal government controls all water, food, transportation, energy, equipment, fertilizer, metals and minerals, and all health resources.  “Food is power.”  “Food can be used as a weapon” (Henry Kissinger).

When coupled with geoengineering schemes and experimental atmospheric programs,  (and the chemicals used in these programs), the negative impact of these programs, and their unknown synergistic effects, could have profound effects on pollinators, wildlife, agriculture, trees, human health, soils, and our water supplies.

Note:   NASA research studies show that increasingly persistent jet contrails may turn into man-made clouds (or white haze), that are “…trapping warmth in the atmosphere and exacerbating global warming…”  NASA (2005), goes on to state that “…Any change in global cloud cover may contribute to long-term changes in the Earth’s climate.  Contrails, especially persistent contrails, represent a human-caused increase in the Earth’s cloudiness, and are likely to be affecting climate and ultimately our natural resources…”

Ms. Peterson was a Keynote Speaker at the 60^th Annual DPI/NGO Conference on Climate Change (New York on September 5-7, 2007.)  She spoke about agriculture and the negative impacts of geoengineering and persistent jet contrails on tree and plant health, along with other important issues.  Since that she has presented her United Nations Power Point Presentation to colleges, universities and interested groups.  She has been interviewed on numerous radio and television programs with regard to these programs.

In 1995, Rosalind, now retired, became a certified California United State Department of Agriculture  (USDA) Farm Service Agency Agriculture Crop Loss Adjustor working in more than ten counties throughout California.  Many crop losses throughout the State can be attributed to weather related causes.

Between 1989 and 1993 Rosalind worked as an Agricultural Technologist for the Mendocino County Department of Agriculture.  After leaving Mendocino County she took a position with the USDA Farm Service Agency as a Program Assistant in Mendocino, Sonoma, and the Salinas County Offices, where she worked until becoming certified as a crop loss adjustor for the USDA, State of California.

Rosalind also worked for Mendocino County Probation for four years between 1999 and 2004, as a Probation Assistant for both the adult and juvenile probation divisions.  She is also a certified Tennis Teaching Professional and currently coaches the Ukiah High School Boys’ Tennis Team. She has been teaching tennis professionally for over twenty-five years.

Rosalind has a BA degree from Sonoma State University in Environmental Studies & Planning (1991 ENSP), with emphasis on solar power, photosynthesis, agriculture, crop production, and the efficient use of energy in the future.

Ms. Peterson has won several awards and recognition for her extensive efforts to protect drinking water supplies in Martinez, California, from toxic chemical contamination.  She also writes articles for NewsWithViews.com on many subjects including protection of the environment from ongoing, unregulated experimental atmospheric and weather modification programs.

Professor Gregory Benford of UC Irvine works with the Department of Energy (DOE) on weather research.

Paul Moyer: He says the DOE doesn’t know of any jets spraying chemicals to affect the weather. However, he says, we will probably see it in the near future.

Gregory Benford: “You’ve got to, in a sense, engineer all these, so you get the right kind of clouds, with the effects we want.”

Paul Moyer: It is called geoengineering. Fighting global warming by putting a chemical dust in the atmosphere and reflecting harmful radiation back into space.

Gregory Benford: “You could use barium oxide, for example, which makes big fluffy clouds. You could use tiny little bits of aluminum…and essentially manage the climate.”

But Rosalind Peterson (former California U.S.D.A., Certified Crop Loss Adjustor), says Health Department records show a sharp increase in both chemicals in the water supplies across California.

Rosalind Peterson: “And what I found was unusual spiking (in California drinking water tests) since the early 1990s, and barium, aluminum…”

Rosalind Peterson: “I went and got all the tests (from the California State Department of Health, Drinking Water Division since 1984) and all these things in the same test would be up way over state and federal standards. This had to be airborne because how could it get into such diverse regions of our county (and State drinking water supplies)?

Paul Moyer: “Is it legal?”

Rosalind Peterson: “I don’t know because we haven’t had a public discussion.”

Paul Moyer: But what is unknown today may be actual fact tomorrow thanks to a bill soon to be voted on in the U.S. Senate, a weather modification act calling for research in [quote] “...attempting to change or control by artificial methods the natural development of atmospheric cloud forms…”

Paul Moyer:   In the meantime a lot of people are wondering if they’ll ever get clear skies and a clear answer.

Paul Moyer:   “The legislation is there. Therefore somebody is thinking about this. How does this make sense…?”

Laurie Kelly:  “I don’t know. Maybe they’re practicing.”

Byron Marler (PG&E):          “Most of this watershed in the Sierra Nevada are cloud seeded by someone.”

John Fowler: “Water districts, corporate farms, even private individuals, all modify the weather with little oversight and no government restrictions.”

Golden Gate Weather Consulting Meteorologist, Jan Null, advises cloud seeders:   “You have a lot of people experimenting with the atmosphere…”

Michael Shaw, an attorney and accountant, is a founding member of Freedom Advocates (www.freedomadvocates.org and www.libertygarden.com), formerly known as Freedom 21 Santa Cruz, www.Freedom21SantaCruz.net).  Freedom Advocates works to help local, grass-roots groups defend their unalienable rights, including private property rights, from federal and local programs associated with U.N. Agenda 21, Sustainable Development, and Smart Growth.  Shaw has been dealing with these issues since the mid-1990’s, when he was active with the Santa Cruz County Planning Board.  Santa Cruz County was one of the first counties in America to be targeted to implement Agenda 21 policies.  Shaw’s recent articles include: “Sustainable Trouble: The Attempt to Transform the Vision of America”

           Agenda 21 is the United Nations’ Agenda for the 21^st century that was unveiled at the 1992 U.N. Conference on Environment and Development in Rio de Janeiro- the so-called “Rio Earth Summit.”  179 nations have agreed to implement Agenda 21 policies, so the policies are now being implemented worldwide.  In America, it is being implemented by all federal agencies and in every county.  Shaw asserts that Agenda 21 is a global/local program intended to wrest sovereignty from individuals and existing political structures and invest power and control in the United Nations. 

          Joan Veon (In Prince Charles: The “Sustainable Prince”), paraphrases Agenda 21/Sustainable Development as follows:  “The world has too many people, and if we do not reduce the number of people on planet earth they will use up all of the earth’s resources so that future generations will be left without any resources.  The United Nations is the best global body to monitor, manage, and preserve the resources of the planet.”

        In practice, Agenda 21/Sustainable Development goals are advanced by “Public-Private Partnerships” – an alliance between government, big business, and non-governmental organizations (NGO’s) that are allied with big business. The common name for political systems controlled by corporate government, of course, is “fascism.”  A current example of a state/region now completely under corporate rule is Queensland, Australia, which is now under the authority of the Brigalow Corporation (http://www.nickmaine.info/Documents/update_re_brigalow_corp.htm).  Shaw refers to this corporate take-over of entire states and regions as “a thousand points of darkness.” 

           The sponsors of Agenda 21 utilize programs such the Wildlands Project, World Heritage Sites, National Heritage Areas, roadless programs, and wolf re-introduction programs, to move towards their stated goal of making at least 50% of America off-limits to the American people.  They advocate re-apportioning the country into “core reserves” (which are completely off limits to people), corridors, and buffer zones (where only public-private partnerships could operate).   People would be herded into “Smart Growth” zones or “human settlements,” where they would be confined to high-rise buildings.  Individual rights, including private property rights, would be stripped away.  Agenda 21/Sustainable Development documents call for reduction of the human population from the present 6.6 billion down to about 1 billion people, that is, by 85%. 

           Who would benefit from such a system?  Shaw says we need to understand that “funny money” is made out of thin air by a small ruling elite- and that this tiny ruling elite is the driving force behind Agenda 21.  Today, both Republicans and Democrats are completely committed to implementing Agenda 21.  Whereas Republicans have joined forces with political parties from numerous other nations in the International Democratic Union (IDU), Democrats have signed on with another international coalition, the Democratic Leadership Council, which is the brainchild of Britain’s Tony Blair.  Both of these internationalist groups advocate the adoption of the U.N. Declaration of Human Rights. 

           What’s wrong with that?  In contrast to the U.S. Constitution, which guarantees that individual rights and civil liberties, including private property rights, are unalienable rights given to us by God, the U.N. Declaration of Human Rights (Article 29, Section 3) states that our “rights” are subject to U.N. policies and dictates.  In other words, our rights are what the U.N. tells us they are.  In this kind of system, all people can become serfs and slaves of the tiny ruling elite. 

           Shaw notes that Agenda 21 is an attempt to implement “fascist Communism” or “communist Fascism”- or a political system where “the social policies are communist and the economic policies are fascist.”  The program is entirely Fabian socialist (or communism in slow motion).  In order to obtain their New World Order by stealth and slow, imperceptible changes, Fabian socialists have adopted motto is “Two steps forward and one step back.”   But once this kind of feudal “collectivism” is implemented, human life will be completely altered, much as in George Orwell’s 1984..  

           How are Agenda 21 policies being implemented in America today?  When local governments accept the carrot of federal grant monies and begin to utilize the standard “consensus process” (manipulated by trained “change agents”), communities begin creating their own “visionary plans.”  However, somehow each community’s “consensus process” typically leads to the implementation of identical “Local Agenda 21,” “Smart Growth,” and “Sustainable Development” initiatives.  And invariably, these initiatives strip citizens of their private property rights, etc.  Invariably, the changes also lead to “regionalization” of governments and weakening of democratic structures or eradication of democracy altogether. 

           Our “globalist manipulators” get people to buy into these programs with the innocuous-sounding phrases like the “Three E’s:” equity, economy, and environment.”  However, if we look carefully, we see  the meanings of  these words have been distorted in Orwellian fashion, such that each term means something completely different from what we thought it did. 

           Today, federal and state governments are completely on board U.N. Agenda 21 and each federal agency submits an annual progress report demonstrating their progress toward implementing Agenda 21 programs.  The Dept. of Interior, for instance, now defines humans as “biological resources.” 

           According to Sun Tzu, the Chinese expert on warfare, we need to understand our enemy and ourselves.  Shaw observes that the American education system, which has been transformed by Dewey and others into a system for “robotizing” America’s youth.  Another area of concern is that local groups are typically heavily infiltrated.  Thus, we can expect to be lead down paths that are dead ends.  Think tanks are particularly affected.  The primary m.o. of our globalist manipulators is to “divide and conquer.”  Another goal of our globalist manipulators is to create (artificial) resource shortages; which they can use to justify and implement population reductions.  By re-designating large areas as wildlands, for example, government can create water, oil, or food shortages.  And of course, another common practice is to sell off public assets to private companies in a process known as “privatization.”  

          Agenda 21 policies directly attack rural America in order to gain control of resources in rural areas.  Thus, those who own a ranches or a farms are under intense economic pressure.  Shaw believes that if America’s rural landowners lose this battle, all Americans lose.

           Non-governmental organizations (NGOs) should really be called “extra-governmental organizations” because they serve corporate interests rather than those of citizens.  Shaw asserts that the Sierra Club, for example is an NGO that, like the other approximately 2000 NGO’s, has been accredited by the U.N. under the condition that they will help implement Agenda 21.  He notes that the Sierra Club currently sits on many water boards throughout the West.  Again, their goal is to control water resources in order to create artificial water shortages.  Shaw notes  that, whereas, Americans today use an average 140 gallons of water per day, the World Bank is calling for a reduction of global per capita water to only 10 gallons per day.  So get used to not taking showers.  

           The good news?  Our globalist manipulators are behind schedule in their drive to global tyranny.  Their “consensus councils” are not working at the local level.  Citizens are waking up and resisting intelligently.  And there may be divisions within the ruling elite themselves.  For example, the forces led by Prince Charles are not necessarily compatible with those lead by Gorbachev.  And some of our politicians are waking up too.  Representative Ron Paul, for example, has recently raised the issue of “honest money.” 

We need to realize that the battle is in our counties, where Local Agenda 21 is being implemented.  In order to fight more effectively at the local level, we need to understand the global dynamics of Agenda 21/Sustainable Development.

Eric Shine.  Graduate of U.S. Merchant Marine Academy at Kings Port.  The Department of Homeland Security Act, passed on Feb. 14, 2003, redefines the Coast Guard, which has been a U.S. life saving service.  The Homeland Security Act privatizes  the Coast Guard and allows the Coast Guard to act as military tribunals on American citizens. It allows the Coast Guard to prosecute civilians.             Since making her movie, “9/11 Mysteries: Demolitions”, Sophia Smallstorm has set up a website business that sells books, movies about 9/11 and related topics.  She has had the courage to go down “the rabbit hole,” and has put up links on her website that deal with topics such as Aerosol Spraying (Chem Trails), HAARP,  the fraud of the Federal Reserve system (and how we can beat it by legally not paying taxes), etc.  She states that the pursuit of truth should be an expanding reality if we are not mind-controlled.  She notes that of the 40,000 people that came to help after the 9/11 attacks, 20,000 are already diagnosed with acute respiratory problems and many have died.    Why are humans being sprayed with polymer filaments from the sky (chem-trails- www.carnicom.com )?  She suggests these are airborne infertility (population reduction) measures.   She refers to Nick Begich’s Holes in Heaven about the Air Force’s HAARP program (High Active Frequency Auroral Research Program).  This can result in mind control and neurological  damage.  Our free will is under attack- perhaps by an alien intelligence?

Jerry E. Smith, whose training is in earth science, has authored several books, including: HAARP: The Ultimate Weapon of the Conspiracy (1998) and Weather Warfare: The Military’s Plan to Draft Mother Nature (2006).   His website is www.jerryesmith.com. 

            Geography professor, Dr. E. Karlstrom, began the interview by asking Smith if he believed the U.S. Air Force’s HAARP (High-frequency Active Auroral Research Program) facility in Alaska may have been involved in the destruction of the Twin Towers on September 11, 2001.  Karlstrom noted that HAARP technology is based on the patents of Nikola Tesla, who, in the early 1900s, announced his new “death ray” as a “teleforce that could melt 10,000 airplanes (and their motors) at a distance of 250 miles.” (This is significant because engine blocks of about 130 cars near “Ground Zero” were partly or completely melted on 9/11. See www.drjudywood.com for photographic evidence).  Smith replied that because the HAARP facility in Alaska was not finished until 2005, this particular facility was not probably not involved, but that a “HAARP-like weapon” may have been involved.  He said he had not previously considered this idea, but would do so now.

            Smith’s book states: “This futuristic technology is everything from super-beam weapon to world-wide mind control device…. HAARP is building a transmitter of sufficient signal strength to turn the aurora borealis (the “northern lights”) into a virtual antennae, re-broadcasting in the extremely low frequency (ELF) range.”  Although the official claims are that HAARP is a simple weather research facility, Smith asks what is it that HAARP is researching?   In fact, so far, with U.S. Senate approval, the U.S. Department of Defense (Air Force and Navy) has spent some $300 million on HAARP.  DOD’s main goal, of course, is to win wars.  The HAARP facility uses ELF waves that can penetrate deep into the earth and oceans.  Thus, it is perfect for earth-penetrating tomography (EPT) and for coordinating activities of submarines.  Also, because ELFs broadcast in the range of human brain waves (0 to 10 hertz), HAARP can “fry” men’s minds by sending radio waves directly into millions of human minds simultaneously.  Indeed, Smith believes that the primary purpose of HAARP is to bath the entire atmosphere with ELFs in the same frequency as that of the human mind. 

            HAARP has the capacity to generate 3.6 million watts.  The facility itself is some 58 acres and includes 180 high frequency (HF) broadcast antennas, called the Ionosphere Research Instrument (IRI). These ELF waves can circumnavigate the globe and can be focused on a building.  HAARP is the largest of some 20 other such “ionospheric heaters.”  Other HAARP-like facilities are located in Puerto Rico, Germany (the Max Planck Institute), China, Russia, Norway, etc.  Thus, Smith notes there are many projects and players.  There are also 10’s of thousands of new weapons being tested and millions of scientific projects going on in the U.S., most of which we’ve never heard of.

            In the U.S., the HAARP research program is part of the military’s non-conventional warfare program that began in the 1990’s after the collapse of the Soviet Union.  It forms part the “Revolution in Military Affairs” (RMA) that supplanted the expected “peace dividend.”  It is related to a host of electromagnetic warfare weapons, scalar weapons, radio frequency technologies, and micro-wave weapons, including the vehicle-mounted Active Denial System (ADS) that uses microwaves to raise the temperature of human skin to 180 degrees (F.?) in 2 seconds- as a method for crowd control.  The Air Force and Marines have these weapons; ADS weapons mounted on Hummers have been used in the war in Iraq on Iraqis.  HAARP is also capable of being an EMP (electro-magnetic pulse) generator.  HAARP is ground-based, but HAARP like weapons can also be based in space or in the air.  HAARP can also create a plume of electrically-charged (ionized) gas (plasma) that can be exploded when ignited by an electric pulse. 

            Smith notes that Tesla’s “death ray” could also supposedly ionize a zone of the atmosphere to create a plasma, after which a deliberate discharge of electrical energy could cause the plasma to explode, causing the molecular dissociation of matter.  Karlstrom referred to the research of materials engineer, Dr. Judy Wood (www.drjudywood.com), in which Wood documents through photographs that the disintegration of Word Trade Center Buildings 1, 2, and 7 were each preceded by rising white-gray plumes of gas on the outside of the buildings.  Because these kinds of features have never been seen before, Wood has invented new terminology for the features she sees in the photos.   Thus, she describes the buildings, as being “lathered up” by whitish colored gases (ionized plasma?) before the explosions.  After the buildings disintegrated via molecular dissociation, pockets of “fuzzy balls”- or gray-white (plasma?) gases remain in the photos.  These gases were lighter than air and floated upwards into the sky.   Smith agreed that the weapons used to destroy the WTC may have been “HAARP-like.”

            The French experimented with this kind of technology in the 1920’s, the Soviets experimented with it in the 1930’s and supposedly, the Japanese doomsday cult was able to send fireballs across Australia using this technology.

            After the HAARP project was passed from corporation to corporation (including Raytheon), DARPA (Defense Advanced Research Projects Agency) was given the job of completing the HAARP facility.  On their HAARP website, DARPAP notes four things that have been done with HAARP.  These include ionosphere generation of ELF waves for subsurface communication, using pulses of plasma and projection of ELFs outward to the Van Allen Belt, reducing the amount of radiation in the Belt.  No Environmental Impact Statement (EIS) has been conducted on the effects of this activity.  Although HAARP was funded to do satellite EPT (earth-penetrating tomography), there is no record it has ever been used for this.  Melodee pointed out that it could also be used to locate underground water and mineral deposits such as oil and gold, etc.  Smith agreed.

            Another possible application of HAARP is modification of weather.  Could HAARP have been used to guide Hurricane Katrina into New Orleans in 2005?  Smith replied that it was probably not fully functional at that time.  He noted that 2005 was the worst hurricane season ever, but that HAARP was probably not involved.  He says it was rushed into completion to be online by the 2006 hurricane season.  Then, 2006, 2007, and 2008 had essentially no hurricane seasons.   He suggests that HAARP could be responsible for the mysterious high pressure dome that parked semi-permanently over the Southeastern U.S. and acted like a rubber bumper to repel hurricanes.  He suggested this may have had to do with election year politics.  When asked how HAARP could have caused the Bermuda High Pressure cell to remain over the SE U.S. during the hurricane season, Smith did not know. 

            Another potential use of HAARP would be to move the position of the jet stream, which changes the path of prevailing storm tracks (the “downstream effect”).  He noted that China has some 37,000 full time “weather managers” and that Beijing has been promising perfect weather for the 2008 summer Olympics.  He also mentioned that through their weather modifications, China has been “stealing” rain from North Korea for the last decade or so and getting away with it.   Smith suggests everyone read the U.S. Air Force document: “Weather as a Force Multiplier: Owning the Weather in 2025.”  Another possible use of HAARP would be to trigger earthquakes.

            In fact, HAARP is probably an attempt to weaponize the atmosphere, and as such, is the continuation of Star Wars and Strategic Defense Initiative.   There is long history of using weather as a weapon.  During the Vietnam War, the DOD’s Operation Popeye used weather as a weapon between 1968 and 1972.   And Defense experts denied this fact when testifying before Congress.   In fact, some 47,000 cloud seeding units were applied over Laos, Cambodia and Vietnam at a cost of $21.6 million.  Other military projects include the intentional thinning of the ozone layer. 

            There is an Environmental Modification Treaty (ENMOD) that makes environmental modification illegal.  Nonetheless, some 700 degreed scientists (civilian contractors) are now researching the topic of weather modification, largely in Fargo, North Dakota.  After Operation Popeye was exposed, the U.S. government signed the ENMOD treaty and moved this kind of research “off budget” (to private contractors).  Senator Kay Bailey Hutchison proposed the Weather Modification Authorization Act, which would further limit weather modification by creating a Weather Modification Advisory Board.  Although the bill went to the Senate Calendar it died without being voted on.   Another bill was later introduced, named Weather Mitigation Advisory Board.  (Notice the Orwellian change of words and meaning between the two advisory boards!).

            The 1976 book, Operation Mind Control, by W.H. Bowart, details some 149 sub-projects of the CIA’s MKULTRA mind-control experiments, carried out in hospitals, prisons, and military bases.  Many of these mind-control experiments were designed to achieve the electronic dissolution of memory.   Smith’s research into MKULTRA (for his book, Mind Control, World Control) convinced him that the government lies to us constantly and that it is engaged in criminal activity on a scale that is inconceivable to most Americans.  Intelligence communities have been searching for ways to take over minds.  He speculates that HAARP mind-control techniques could use hypnosis for military purposes- to create a sleeper army, for example.  It could be used to put words and/or images into people’s heads.  (There are 3 or 4 patents to put words in people’s heads.  So people who claim to be  hearing voices may not be  crazy; they actually are hearing voices.)  Project Bluebeam is alleged to be a NASA program that would take over the world by faking the rapture or an alien invasion.  Either could be used to create a global government overnight.  Thus, HAARP could be used to project images and emotions into people- for example, painting the sky with images of local Gods or Goddesses as well as words to deceive religious people.

            Smith was director of a UFO museum in Nevada, but now believes that most UFOs are man-made.  He now leans away from believing in ETs, but instead notes that modern theoretical physics postulates 6, 7, 9, 11, and 14 dimensions.  Thus, UFO’s and ETs could be “extra-dimensional” and perfectly terrestrial at the same time.

            “Societry” is the study of “industrial psychiatry.”  The U.S.A. Patriot Act, which first appeared in Nazi Germany, was written prior to the Oklahoma City bombing.  But they needed to create another synthetic terrorist event, 9/11, to get it passed.

            The cabal that the runs the government is a conspiracy.  (Indeed, 80% of prisoners in jail have participated in some kind of conspiracy.)  We have an open conspiracy to create global government.  This comes down to us from the Illuminati, which formed in 1776.   Smith sees two competing teams in the ruling global cabal: 

1) The Banksters are the international bankers and owners of the multinational corporations that want to run the world in a top-down fashion in order to control the profits.

          Joan Veon is a committed Christian who has attended over 100 United Nations and U.N.-related meetings all over the world.  She says she has seen world government in action and it is here, now.   In 1995, she estimated there were some 5,000 such meetings per year (or, on average, over 118 per day).  Today, she guesses there are probably twice that many.   Her books include The United Nations’ Global Straightjacket, Prince  Charles: the Sustainable Prince, Sustainable Development- the Great Lie of the 21^st Century, and she her DVD is The World Government Connection.  These and many other books can be ordered at her website – www.womensgroup.org.

          “Globalization” is all about tearing down the barriers between the nations and merging them into a one-world government.  A world parliament has been formed under the United Nations.   Why does it matter?  Under the U.S. Constitution, our rights come from God, they are inalienable, and can’t be taken away.  Our Republican government guarantees our individual liberties, our right to own property, and limited government.  The U.N. Charter, by contrast, says our rights come from government and that they are limited and can be taken away from us based on our behavior or speech.  Basically, it institutes a feudal/communist form of government.

          Part of Joan’s awakening began in 1990, when she read Euroquake: Europe’s Economic Challenge Will Change the World, which made 100 predictions for the 1990s.  One prediction was that by 2000, the dollar, the euro, and the yen would be equal in value.  In 1995, she read that Congressman Jack Kemp proposed a regional currency for an integrated North American Union.  In the early 1990’s, Congress passed massive transportation bills, thus paving the way for the NAFTA superhighway, which would be a dominant feature of a North American Union.

          At the 1992 “Rio Earth Summit” meeting, (the Rio Earth Summit) in Rio de Janeiro, Agenda 21 (U.N. Agenda for the Twenty-First Century) was set forth.  This is the radical environmental agenda for the earth.  The notion is that we, the people, are guilty for the environmental destruction of the earth.  Therefore, our numbers must be limited and we need to be regulated.  Now, the book of Genesis has been perverted such that the earth is dominant over man.  Their religion is worship of Gaia (mother earth).   At the meeting, all the (thousands of) NGO’s (non-governmental organizations) were well-versed and on-board with the new program.

           Joan attended the 1994 UN meeting in Cairo, where the agenda was to reduce the population of the earth.   Of the 25,000 people who attended the Cairo meeting, about 5,000 were delegates from the 191 member nations, and the other 20,000 represented various NGOs.

          The global governmental structure began with the tearing down of the economic barriers between the nations at Breton Woods, New Hampshire in 1944, where the World Bank and International Monetary system were established.  In 1945, the political barriers between nations began to fall when the United Nations was established. This created an international level of government.  In 1994, more economic barriers fell when the U.S. signed on to NAFTA (the North American Free Trade Agreement) and the WTO (the World Trade Organization), which basically instituted the rules of GATT, the General Agreement on Tariffs and Trade.  The Republicans and Rush Limbaugh were responsible for launching the propaganda offensive which resulted in American acceptance of NAFTA and the WTO.

          In 1998, Joan went to the founding meeting of the International Criminal Court (ICC), which began the legal integration of the nations.  Y2K was a global ruse, managed on purpose to pull the wool over everyone’s eyes.  It became the opportunity for the elite to wire all peoples together into a global electronic network.

          Following 9/11, Joan spent 4 months reading countless media stories.  Her conclusion:  The purpose of 9/11 was to tear down the remaining barriers between the military and intelligence, thereby creating a global intelligence network that can share data.  The working center for this global intelligence network is Turin, Italy.  9/11 was also about taking away our rights to privacy.  In this phony “war on terrorism,” we are all treated like cattle and sheep.  The whole thing is a gigantic ruse.

          The UN is the organizing principle behind world government.  Who is the power behind the UN?  After years of research, Joan has concluded that global government is run by a financial-economic alliance between the British Royal Family and the House of Rothschild.  The British Royal Family has mostly ruled the “civilized” world since 800 AD.  Prince Charles has been a major power player in setting up the Public-Private Partnerships (i.e., fascism) that have been instrumental in supporting the environmental agenda and “sustainable development.”   Britain’s Chatham House (the Royal Institute for International Affairs) published a 14-year retrospective report on the Rio Earth Summit, focusing on how to make gold out of green.

          At the Cancun World Trade Organization meeting, Joan learned how Britain controls the UN and their many satellite agencies through their ex-colonies.  There are some 53 ex-British colonies now in the British Commonwealth.  Each gets one vote in the U.N.  So Britain can count on having 54 of a possible 191 votes, and thus, always has a voting majority in the U.N.

          The U.N. recently declared its “trusteeship” over the “global commons,” i.e., its sovereignty over all the oceans and space.  The Law of the Sea (LOST) will one day be used to take control over all the oceans.

          Smart Growth is identical to the U.N. Biodiversity Treaty.  It says the state will decide where people live.  The point is to remove people out of “core areas” and “buffer zones” and into small areas where they can be easily controlled.

          When asked about U.N.-magnate, Maurice Strong, Joan responded that Strong has been the main character behind the selling out of the environmental movement.  He was the Secretary General of the 1^st UN Earth Summit in Stockholm, Sweden (1972) as well as Secretary General of the Rio Earth Summit (1992).  He founded UNEP (United Nations Environmental Program).  Strong came from poverty, never received a college education, and has been a puppet of the ruling elite.  He is a friend of Prince Charles and Prince Phillip, the latter of whom set up the World Wildlife Federation.  Strong’s aunt was a communist who had considerable influence in both communist Russia and communist China.  Today, he too is living in communist China, trying to make more billions by marketing a Chinese car to the West.

Dr. Judy Wood is a mechanical engineer with research interests in experimental stress analysis, structural mechanics, optical methods, deformation analysis, and the materials characterization of biomaterials and composite materials. She is a member of the Society for Experimental Mechanics (SEM), co-founded SEM’s Biological Systems and Materials Division, and currently serves on the SEM Composite Materials Technical Division.

Dr. Wood received her

• B.S. (Civil Engineering, 1981) (Structural Engineering),

• M.S (Engineering Mechanics (Applied Physics), 1983), and

• Ph.D. (Materials Engineering Science, 1992) from the Department of Engineering Science and Mechanics at Virginia Polytechnic Institute and State University in Blacksburg, Virginia.

Dr. Wood started to question the events of 9/11 on that same day when what she saw and heard on television was contradictory and appeared to violate the laws of physics. Since that day she has used her knowledge of engineering mechanics to prove that the collapse of the World Trade Center twin towers could not have happened as the American public was told.

            Bruce Woodhull maintains the Otero Residents Forum blog in New Mexico (www.oteroresidentsforum.blogspot.com).  This is a forum for citizen activists who are concerned about the current erosion of private property rights and citizen sovereignty, as well as threats to public lands.  One issue they are currently debating is whether the White Sands National Monument should be designated as a UNESCO World Heritage Site.   Many, including Bruce, believe this designation carries no benefits for American citizens, but rather allows a powerful, uncontrolled entity, the United Nations, to regulate the uses of this land.  Bruce maintains that these kinds of land use issues transcend political debate.  Rather, they involve issues of sovereignty and who will make the decisions how we live on our land.  He says that members of his group have been accused of being “constitutionalists” and “black helicopter conspiracy theorists.”  But these kinds of federal and international landgrabs are not fictitious conspiracies.  They are happening now, and have been occurring for decades.  Woodhull was formerly with the Paragon Foundation, which educates people how to protect their private property rights.

            Woodhull’s primary concern is that America’s National Parks, Forests, BLM lands, World Heritage Sites, and Natural Heritage Areas are now being used as collateral against the national debt (now a whopping $9 trillion!).  And typically, the acquisition of new lands for federal “protection” is done under the banner of environmental protection.  However, NGOs (non-governmental organizations) such as the Nature Conservancy, and the Sierra Club, are typically involved in “Public Private Partnerships” with government and industry.   Hence, while the common perception is that they are “saving” the land, often they now simply provide an efficient way to expedite the transfer of land from the hands of private Americans to the federal government and then… to multinational corporations.

            Thus, Bruce feels we need to lower the national debt and put limits on what foreigners can own in this country.

             Re: United Nations Agenda 21, Woodhull noted that the United Nations was founded in 1945 by a group that called themselves “pioneer investors.”   Colorado is paying subsidies to oil companies.  He notes that in states such as New Mexico and Colorado, scrutiny of state statutes reveal that the land administered by the U.S. Forest Service is actually state-owned forest land.

            Re: Colorado water law, Woodhull notes that Colorado State Constitution Article 16, Sections 5 and 6, and Colorado Statutes, Section 37, Articles 80 to 92, indicate that county commissioners have no jurisdiction whatsoever over the state’s water.  Colorado has seven water courts, each with its own judge.  The state engineer decides water issues and issues and denies water permits.  Colorado, like New Mexico, is a prior appropriation state.  A QAPP (Quality Assurance Project Plan) must be filed before an EIS is filed.

            The last topic of discussion was the over-allocation of the Rio Grande River (Colorado, New Mexico, Texas, and Mexico).  Woodhull mentioned the 1944 Trans-boundary Water Treaty with Mexico.  Interviewer, Dr. E. Karlstrom mentioned the potential pollution of the Rio Grande River and the San Luis Valley aquifer by proposed gas drilling on the Baca National Wildlife Refuge (http://WaterWatchAlliance.googlepages.com).  Finally, Woodhull speculated that U.N. Agenda 21 may dictate that the crowded areas along the lower Rio Grande (Chihuahua and El Paso) may have to be removed and/or “depopulated” (killed).   Karlstrom noted that various U.N. conferences have discussed such “depopulation” plans- and speculated that U.N. plan to reduce the world’s population from 6.5 to 1 or 2 billion over the next 50 years may ultimately be intended to benefit the original “pioneer investors” that started the U.N. in the first place.

Mr. Banks first interview. Jon White and Jay Demay are the interviewers on both interviews. This program ran for just a few months, but revealed that even in our county, two men can stand up for injustices put upon those who are caught up in a system that preys upon societies fringes. This man's story is a sad victory because even the innocent can pay for the rest of their lives. The bitter sweet victory just revealed we have a justice system operating for revenue and justice is not it's objective. I can only wonder that the real numbers of men and women in our jail system who do not belong there is far and above what one might guess. The threats and pressures on the men who tried to get this story out was not necessary, but even those who work within this system have a mindset that makes one wonder if they are victims, too, but in a fashion many have no idea.
